Businesses hiring New Mexicans for jobs

Schneider National trucking company has announced it will hire 300 new
full-time drivers in Hobbs and areas of Texas and Oklahoma.
The pay starts at about $40,000 a year.
Veterans needing work are invited to a job fair in Albuquerque later this week.
The “Heroes Hiring Heroes” job fair will take place Thursday, July 14,
from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Hotel Albuquerque.
The Department of Veteran Services says around 60 veteran-friendly
businesses and government agencies have signed up to take résumés and
conduct interviews.
